I reached out to Baltic Tours from Portugal to inquire about a trip covering Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. Iveta got back to me and was super helpful. Everything went smoothly, and we hopped on this tour in Vilnius. The organization of the tour was top-notch, and we had a blast! Our guide, Alla, was not only fluent in Spanish and Portuguese but also incredibly nice and showed a rich understanding of art and culture overall. The guides in Vilnius and Tallin were also impressive; they really knew their stuff. Based on our experience, I wholeheartedly recommend this tour!

What a great trip through Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Helsinki, and St. Petersburg! The guides were super friendly and really knew their stuff. The buses were comfy, and the hotels were lovely, particularly in Vilnius. The excursions were all well-planned. Highly recommend this experience!

I had a fun and insightful trip across 3 Baltic nations - Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia during Easter in April 2019. Everything from the booking process to the conclusion of the tour went off without a hitch, aside from a small booking issue that Iveta quickly sorted out. She even offered to give me a call to discuss some questions I had regarding the tour. Our tour guide, Elena, was super knowledgeable - being a local from Riga made it even better, and I was really glad to meet her. The 4-star accommodations matched what was promised in the itinerary, and the tour staff were both professional and friendly. Honestly, I can't find anything to complain about with this tour, and I’ll surely book with them again next time.

Baltictours set up a private tour for 12 folks through Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Poland for 11 days at the end of May 2019. Everything went pretty well; the tour guide was knowledgeable, experienced, and polite. The coach was super comfy, and the drivers were careful, even if they didn’t speak much English.

However, the hotels we got in Tallinn and Riga were a letdown. In Tallinn, we were supposed to stay at the Radisson Blu Olumpia 4*, but ended up at Hestia Hotel Barons, which is quite dated. The rooms and bathrooms were tiny, and there were no windows—definitely not what you'd expect from a 4-star place. The same goes for Riga; we were promised Hotel Mercure Riga 4*, but instead got stuck with the awful Rixwell Old Riga Palace.

So, my tip: Make sure to push Baltictours to honor the hotels they initially promised!

What a fantastic journey through the Baltics! We had plenty of time to explore all three nations - Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. Our guide, Marina, was simply wonderful and super friendly. The four-star accommodations were nice and conveniently situated. I also took a few optional excursions, and they were quite enjoyable. All in all, I really loved the trip.

Every part of the tour was handled with great professionalism. The way the company managed language requirements, helped with bookings, and answered queries was top-notch. Hats off to them!

I had a blast discovering the capitals we explored and was really impressed by how well-informed the guides were, not to mention their friendly and sincere demeanor. I’d definitely suggest Baltic Tours for their outstanding programs and staff.

The accommodations varied from superb to decent. The bus service was fantastic, with drivers who were both professional and polite.

I hadn’t heard of the tour agency before (I’m from South Africa), but right from the get-go, I was really impressed. The website had solid info, the descriptions were spot on, and the online communication was smooth. I especially appreciated the details about the visa application, which allowed me to deal directly with Baltic Tours instead of going through a third party. There was a little hiccup with online payment at first, but we sorted it out another way. The hotels were in great locations and of good quality, with some being truly excellent. We had a diverse group of language speakers, but they catered to everyone’s preferences just fine. The guides from Baltic Vision were professional and handled the various demands of our group well. I never felt like they were reluctant to share info. The buses and drivers were also top-notch. Plus, excursions were guaranteed, even if only a few folks were interested. There was plenty of free time for anyone wanting to explore on their own.

Had a great time on our trip. Everything was organized nicely. Accommodations were clean and secure. They stuck to the schedule perfectly. The guides were really skilled. I'm looking to book another adventure with Baltic tours this year. Definitely recommend them!

We enjoyed some nice accommodations and a fantastic guided tour. It was a real treat to have such a wonderful guide accompanying us throughout the journey. She truly enhanced our experience. Latvia, Estonia, and Lithuania are fascinating destinations, especially because of their rich history and culture. These nations are relatively new but boast strong and resilient populations. The 'silent revolution' stands out as a remarkable example of a non-violent political change.

We had an amazing personalized trip for two couples with a private van, drivers, and guides taking us through Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. The drivers and guides were super attentive, always polite and professional. The hotels we stayed at were top-notch; every room was cozy, clean, and peaceful, plus the reception staff were really friendly and eager to help. There were a couple of things that could use some tweaking: the breakfast setup at the Riga hotel (Hotel Old City Boutique) wasn’t as great as the others — there were big tour groups, the food was cold, and the options were pretty limited. Also, the Hotel Atputa was a bit far to walk anywhere, and there was no bar service, but the staff there were fantastic. Thankfully, our driver was at the same hotel and took us into town for dinner. One more thing, the tour schedule we got could’ve been a bit clearer about when and where the guides would meet us.

In 2017, my husband and I took part in the Baltic Impressions tour. From the first chat with Iveta to sort out the details, to the actual tour experience, everything was seamless. This tour really blends nature with urban vibes nicely. Our guide, Janis, was super knowledgeable, spoke multiple languages fluently, and was both friendly and patient. We loved being in a small group. The hotels were well-placed and quite nice. We did end up merging with another group for some city tours, but it didn’t cause any real issues.

At first, we were a bit hesitant about going on an organized tour. But that’s all in the past now! The communication with Iveta and her team before the trip was top-notch and super efficient! They were helpful, polite, and really on the ball. As for the tour itself: Accommodations? 4.5 out of 5. Transportation? A solid 5! The organization and guides? Another 5! The choice of sightseeing spots was just right.

Honestly, I can’t think of anything to gripe about. I just wish we had a bit more time, but hey, that’s not on the operator! If I get the chance to go on another tour, I’d definitely choose BalticTours again.
